As far as Ben, sorry you wasted your money, it does take work to get the benefit, and no, not from selling memberships, but by applying the principles to your life. As they state very clearly, this program is not for everybody, you need to be at a state of readiness to act on the information you learn. Sorry it didn’t work for you.

My name is Nicholas Neophytou from Cyprus, and I have been a member of World ventures for a little over 5 months. I joined world ventures initially for the product since I immediately saw it was a win win situation. For $199 once off and a small monthly fee of 49,95 I took a trip to Intercontinental resort for 2 days and 3 days for 49.95 (for the entire trip). In my first week after joining a introduced the company to 7 friends and I immediately took 590 dollars.

For about two months I didn’t do anything because I was engaged fully to my full-time job. During that time while I was doing other things I got another 8 people under my team coming from the people I introduced. I received another 400 dollars on my debit card.

That was a wake-up call for me and after I realized the prospect and where world ventures can take I am doing world ventures full-time and full time as a part-time. Today I have 382 people under my team, I am earning about 1000 every week and this is nothing compared to what I could have been making if I didn’t waste those 2 months because I lost my belief. The anonymous ‘Scot’ has no clue about the company and probably (if he is a member at all) he is clueless of how that company works, since the first time i heard the presentation, they very loudly said that when you have 90 on the left lag, and 90 on the right leg of your organization you earn a monthly residual of about 1500 dollars.

World ventures is for real, it has changed many lives including my own and I will be for ever thankful to the person who introduced me to the company. Nakis, thanks mate.

1. The gold coin is on the website- I was admiring it yesterday!
2. You do not pay extra for training- there are 2 different ways to enrol in the company. A fast start package and a beginner package. The training is included in the fast start package along with all the extra benefits.

3. The prediction of what will happen with Silver and Gold coins is nothing but a prediction. The weather station may predict sunshine for tomorrow and you wake up to rain.

4. The website you seen is optional. Team leaders will show you how to create your own website to promote you- but the tools the company creates for us is also a value.

I could go on and on here but those are the main points mentioned above that are not 100% true.

I’ve heard that exact thing from the top distributors of Mona Vie, but you may have posted this before you knew that Mona Vie became partner with the best leadership team in the country. Either that or you’re talking about people working solely through Mona Vie, maybe their top people don’t explain things that way, but Team (the leadership team I mentioned) goes through everything you said in this blog post.

So my word of advice (because this is a great article) is that if you are planning on working with Mona Vie, make sure you are with the right people (Team) who will help train you to achieve your goals. They will tell you the truth, that you can’t just go to 3 people, who go to 3 people, etc… They will tell you that in order to be successful, YOU HAVE TO DO IT. You have to work at it, but it can be done.

That’s my little rebuttal to the blog post, but hopefully it clarifies things.

I believe all things happen for a reason. Good health is only the door to success. It takes much more to come from within to be successful. But in the meantime, I’m curious about the Monavie product. I’ll buy one of those cheaper bottles off of eBay and the most I lose is $20 – $60. No monthly recurring charges to deal with, no calls to make to cancel if it doesn’t work, no hassle. I’ll try it and report back here in a month or so how it helped me.

Personally, I am neither a friend or foe of MonaVie or MLM in general. I stumbled into this blog because I read about acai berry in a fitness newsletter a couple of years ago. The article mentioned that most health foods stores have it however I couldn’t find it in the non-English speaking country where I was living at the time. So, I waited. Now I’m (so thankful to be) back home in the USA and have the opportunity to eat healthy again.

I caught up with a longtime friend of mine to ask him what I could do to reverse liver damage (caused by medication to treat an illness obtained in the foreign country) and regain my metabolism. On any given day I am exhausted, sometimes depressive, and have digestive problems. I know that once I regain my energy I will be able to lose weight with motivation to work out again. My friend mentioned Monavie had given him energy and better mental health. So I Googled “Monavie” and found this blog.

I have used Market America’s OPC-3 and Cell Tech’s blue-green algae. Both gave me good results when I was younger, but I was living paycheck to paycheck at the time and couldn’t afford to stay on them. Worse yet, the algae required refrigeration and the OPC-3 would turn into a block if it became moisturized. I was working two jobs and always on the go. Only build businesses that give you a strong feeling that they will be around long enough to make a difference to your bottom line.

It’s classic “bait (seo) and redirect (switch) based on “sounds good” info
but you and I both know there was no “true research” or “due diligence” done
to support the findings of the original article.

Marketing Lesson:

It’s subtle. It’s effective depending on what your “ALREADY MADE UP”
perception is about this (or any) program. People who are not “sold” on
Numis, of course LOVE the “findings” of this “review” (opinion) – because
the brain/mind will almost kill itself to find any justification to prove it’s prior
decisions right (ego) – I know it’s deep but you need to learn this stuff so
people don’t use it to persuade you against your own judgement.

It’s what we teach. The real psychology of marketing.

Anyone with half a brain that has looked at the trenches of MLM
knows that the usual nutritional/vitamin/juice has ATROCIOUS
attrition rates (hence why “leaders” sell their own training and systems
and NOT the MLMs themselves…

Along comes a company with a product that has actual intrinsic value
that is proven to appreciate in time and you get MANY people who see
it and love it right away – of course people who do anything to down play
it and compare it to things that are not of significance in a true comparison:

MLMers hustling product with no intrinsic value (juices etc)
and “Precious Metals Investors” who don’t care about collector
coins anyway, and buy (invest) to accumulate bullion silver.

Apples – to – Oranges to justify their agenda.

This is MLM. This an MLM that makes money by leveraging PEOPLE
and Gold/Silver (instead of juices). We will NEVER run out of gold and
silver coinage because no matter how deep the hype, not everyone
can swing $1,000 – $1,500 to buy Gold, and not everyone will get off
their @$$ to buy even $20 Silver when they know they should.

Let’s keep it real.

This thing’s got long term staying power just like any other strong
company in the industry. In fact, they may be building a stronger
base than many other MLMs.

Great post as usual bro. Zrii was actually my ‘gateway’ company for when I first got into this industry. The management of Zrii is okay, but because Zrii sells yet another liquid nutritional it is crucial for anyone who wants to join, to ensure they have a great marketing plan in place. Health and wellness companies come a dime a dozen nowadays, so how will you differentiate yourself from everybody else? I advanced a few levels while I was in, but duplication was a bit difficult. Just make sure if you are thinking about Zrii that you have a market to sell the product to. Otherwise you’ll just have a bunch of auto-ship packages sitting in your garage or basement.

If you like apples, bananas, blueberries, etc…that’s awesome! Continue buying it and feeding your body the nutrients it desperately needs. But I find it rude that one feels it is okay to put down those people that are finding another, healthy way to get their servings of fruits. Again…we all don’t like APPLES!!!

I have some network marketing experience and i’ve had great success and great failures lemme tell ya. I’ve made 5 figures a month selling products DOOR TO DOOR. I’ll give you my take upside and downside:

In my opinion Numis is a legit company offering something good and valuable. Thats the upside, i’ll give you the downside from an objective “networking sales” perspective. Its a pretty big downside i’m afraid…Retail Sales…The retail sales of the MS70 coins will not be strong once customers find out they can purchase the same MS70 coins for almost half the price (60-70 bucks on ebay versus 120 through numis). Therefore you have sales going primarily to distributors involved and your bread and butter sales to consumers get really hammered.

With that said, i encourage Numis representatives to still go for it, you’ve invested your money and time and heck Avon and Amway are still the two biggest companies so in a sense theres room for some products that may or may not be the cheapest on the market.

As for the price of the juice, check out the fruits in it: acai berry, white grape, aronia, acerola, purple grape, passion fruit, camu camu, banana, lychee fruit, apple, kiwi, pomegranate, prune, wolfberry, pear, bilberry, cranberry, blueberry, cupuacu. How many do you recognize? The fruits in there are rare, thus expensive.

How cool is that? Quite frankly, no other mlm company gives you the sort of virtual monopoly power that SOC does – because of it’s inherent ESSO characteristics.

3. There is an EIGHT FIGURE INTERNET MARKETER loose in that biz, and he’s GIVING AWAY leads like candy (I put their value somewhere in the $30 a pop range) – if you can’t make money with free $30 leads, you better hold on to that crummy day job!

ok, a 4th bonus fact – whenever the product is consumed in your org, AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR YOUR BUSINESS goes out in the mail. How many mlm products can you say THAT about? somebody ELSE pays well over 90% of your ad budget! sweet!

Whereas, if you were to take an ounce of Gold or Silver across the pond, or anywhere else on the planet – - they’re going to recognize it as an ounce of Gold, Silver, what have you >.< end of story.

That is why no matter what physical form it is in, Coins, Bullion, Jewelry, other forms of Scrap, etc., even if all the markets crash – - you can take your Gold & Silver and TRADE with it, it's actually worth something. If all the markets crash or let's say that the other Countries actually no longer accept Amercia's money (since it is written based on DEBT), they will still trade with YOU since you're using a Commodity Currency.

My problem is having enough capital to invest in Gold/Silver/Platinum/Palladium in the manner that I would like to do. Maybe one day.

Here’s the real problem! These coins collectible or not, have been issued by the United States government and they do not take kindly to having their product in a MLM.

Jonathan, maybe you would be interested to know that I read you article because my wife is starting in the Mona Vie MLM as of one month ago. Everything you talked about like it being a hard job, and that it is not really about the product, and that it is about networking and groing your network has already been explained many time to me. And not by you, but by the Mona Vie training system. I don’t know if a lot of people are missing it when they get into Mona Vie, but in the couple meetings I went to out of curiosity, they said many times that this is no easy business.
It is sort of like what I told the Food Tech guy, that we are all just normal people and only hear what we want to hear or read what we want to read. I guess when people go through their training they miss heating all the stuff about it being a hard business. I am sure it will be harder now to get to the top, but still possible. Like you said, it is about changing yourself, and getting out there and doing something yourself.
Just a general observation I have made: If you talk to 100% of everyone you know, you will find 5% that will help you be successful. Mona Vie is looking for all the 5%, they know that almost everyone else will remain a 95%er.

The problem with buying coins from Numis is that grading new Silver Eagles is WORTHLESS, since they are brand new coins, of course they are going to grade out at MS70 or MS69. duh!

Coin grading was developed to evaluate the value of OLD coins, such as silver Morgans and gold St. Gaudens, so that there were standards to determine the value of the coin.

The only reason that ANACS, PCGS and NGC now grade new coins is that they get paid for every coin they grade, so they have SOLD OUT their integrity for profits.

Let’s bottom line this issue. For $125, you can purchase 6 Silver Eagles from a reputable coin dealer for $20 each or you can have 1 Numis MS70 graded Silver Eagle. Which one would you rather have? What does your gut tell you?

Each $20 ungraded coin has a known value, which is the spot price of silver, so you know that you can take them to a dealer to sell them at market price.

The graded coin also has a known value, which is the spot price of silver. New graded Silver Eagles aren’t rare, since there’s been hundreds of millions minted in the last 10 years. So true coin collectors don’t care about these coins, because their only real value is the silver content.

Don’t believe me? Take your ANACS Silver Eagle to your local reputable coin dealer and see what they will pay for it.

To skeptics that think this is a scam, I am sorry you are so closed minded so as to not be able to see the obvious. My first guess is that you really have not listened to the CD’s, and are making a judgment call based on previous experience and not on facts.

The information presented is “new” to most people, and it is presented in a way that you can actually take action on the information and start the transformation of your life.

But not everyone wants change in their life, they accept their life as it is, and are not willing to make changes to discover how much more fulfilling their lives could be. For these people GIN would be a waste, for they would not truly reap the benefits offered to them.

Note to SFS Support on 12/17

I want to cancel my membership ASAP. I request a confirmation indicating
that I will not be billed again for the Basic Membership and The Silver Package.

My reasons are as follows:

No valid response to Ticket ID: SEQ-493429. From my original membership
I had 2 Basic packages and 2 10K lead packages that were never broadcast.
If they had ever been broadcast where are the results?
For 40,000 leads I must have got a few hits.

My new membership was signed on 11/27 and my purchase of a Silver Package
was on 11/30. I have tracked the results of both packages and “hits” from
the Basic has averaged 2 per day and the Silver Package had averaged
26 per day but has dwindled to 13 per day.
There has been 4 trial signups, but I have no indication
which package generated the signups.

I received no response from Support, and toward the end of December
I sent a note requesting answers to all questions, but have never
received a response.

At the end of December I had accumulated 8 so-called trial members out of
about 700 clicks. By using a trick or two (signing up using another computer
and new ID), I determined that there are no such category as trial members
anymore, and that the 700 click total is actually exposures,
and the trial member total are actually clicks and not signups.
This in one month I got ZERO signups.

At December end I was billed again for the Basic Package.
The next day I cancelled my Credit card with the Card company,
and as a result SFS was not able to bill me again for the Silver Package.

My Credit Card company will soon be in the process of trying to
recover as much money as possible from SFS due to FRAUDULENT activity.

I hope other people that are in the Trump Network post here just how they feel. My upline is very unhappy because I was her strong leg. I was the only person she had that had anybody under them. She tells me to hang in there,,,it’s going to get better. She says that she has to keep a positive additude. I agree with her. I tell my friends the prices of stuff in the Trump Network and they look at me like I’m off my rocker.

The only people I got in were people off the internet that I didn’t know thank God!!! I glad it was not any of my friends because they probably would’nt be my friends now!!!!

I’ve vented enough. Someone else needs to step forward and tell the truth about what is going on. Face the facts 1 out of 100 of you in the Trump Network will probably do great the rest of you will be paying for that persons commissions and bonuses.

I’m now in a coffee network marketing company. You can buy a pack of Original Roast 2oz pack which does 12-16 cups of coffee for $1.06. This price is lower then what WalMart sells it for. If Trump had it I’m guessing it would be priced at $5. We have been involved in one other MLM company… we had success with it, but got tired of promoting $125 juice. We like the idea of a MLM so found Numis. I like that we receive a coin every month to hand down to our Son, they are pretty, shiny and make you feel good. I also like that you can make commission off of selling something… I never liked the fact that the last MLM company cared more about “autoship” then the product they were selling.

The pay plan for Numis is very cool… the company is new… the coins sell on QVC so I believe there is demand… the web is loaded with buyer/sellers so there is buzz and you have a target market to go after… I don’t see there as being a “dirty little secret”… maybe you found them a little too soon.

There are plenty of numismatist out there collecting exactly what we are selling… and plenty of Network marketing people looking for the “golden ticket” and this is not like anything out there…

I had no intention of ever getting involved with another MLM company…been there…done that! But out of curiosity, I made some inquiries just to see what this was all about and learned that the team that I was talking to was primarily internet driven. You may have had a bad experience with Tim Sales leads years ago, because I know first hand that the leads he offers are not co-reg, incentivized or oversold. While the leads aren’t the same as the ones you generate on your own, they are great for getting started and talking to people who are interested in starting a home based business right off the bat. I always ask my leads what brought them to the website, too, so I know they weren’t incentivized.

With the Tim Sales training, it’s easy to develop rapport with someone who has just asked to be contacted with more information on a work from home opportunity. If you know how to do that, his leads work really well. Some of us aren’t internet savvy and want to focus on marketing our business, not learning the ins and outs of SEO, etc. I’ll leave that to the experts, like yourself. For now, to reach my goals, I need to buy leads in conjuction with face to face, blogging, LinkedIn, etc. That way I stay on track and focussed. I’ve had to do a lot of training, and I made a lot of phone calls to get where I am now. It’s not easy, but with perseverance and focus you can make a great living in this industry!

So far I’ve been impressed with the level of training an support they that GIN offers their affiliates. They have lots of free online training, and affiliates get free admission to at least 4 GIN conferences per year. The secrecy behind the membership benefits is a little unfortunate, because I think people might sign up more readily if the benefits were more public. Monavie is only 4 years old and there is still room for more millionaires. The product sells itself. And the all natural energy drink is awesome. I have had more Red Bull drinkers convert to our healthy product.

You are absolutely correct. Only 5% make the money anywhere and in anything, not just network marketing, while most people are content to just barely get by…Think how many people are out there working the old 40 hour work week to just barely make ends meat while just a few push their selves to go beyond the norm.

Any way, here is my take on MonaVie. If you read their distributor income disclaimer – the bottom 50% – with a couple recruits are basically spending about $4.54 per week to get their juice containing 19 fruits, antioxidants, phytonutrients, etc…

Plus they are getting an opportunity to change their lifestyle. While their is no opportunity to make money if you spend that same $4 or $5 on Orange Juice every week – MonaVie seems to be a Pretty cheap opportunity if you ask me. The top 50% are earning any where from a couple hundred a year to a few thousand all the way up to 6 and 7 figure incomes.

But like you refer to in your article Jonathon – it’s all in the marketing. Attraction Marketing. Anyone can be cynical and critical sitting there on the porch. It’s the ones who get up and get off the porch and do something (with a proper marketing effort) that end up in the top 5% – whether in network marketing, as a business owner, or just as the employee who goes over and above.

Bit cynical my friend. The bigger question to ask is why do 5% make all the money in EVERYTHING in life?

Why do 5% of ANY traditional businesses that are started succeed why the other 95% fail. Why is it there is only so much room at the top?
What’s it take to be in that % group? What are the 5% doing differently then everyone else?

These are questions the 5% ask themselves when they are in the 95% group.

Most people complain, why, talk about how unfair the world is… blah blah blah, you can intuit where that leads most people.

However, true success is about solving problems. It’s about GROWING, it’s about DEVELOPING, its about attaining higher and higher
states of awareness and success.

It’s not about stagnation, and its not about adopting limiting belief structures.

It’s about opening yourself to darn near ANYTHING, and knowing it is ALL possible.

i have to say.. here in hawaii. ive been blessed as being one of the first 50 people. and i have to say i wanted to share this with my close friends. cause i know i can help them make money. even though i know they wont make alot. but i know i can get them to a point where they are making atleast a $500 profit who wouldnt want an extra $500 just for having fun

i know there are alot of “scam” shit. but when i read them. alot of it has to do with that person.. not doing anything. just sitting there expecting people to come to them. thats why they post on the internet. its the bathroom wall of the world man.

The point that you’re missing is that many foods and beverages don’t give you obvious results. When your mother said eat your vegetables, and when you did or did not like them, she knew best. Some people will get results and some won’t. This can be likened to how some people who are overweight lose weight while others don’t, and they are on the same diet–different results for different people. But most importantly, a person can decide to eat fried chicken, potato chips, and hamburgers and French fries only for their diet; or they may decide that they would rather eat organic low fat foods, such as salads, vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.

Yes, some people shop at Whole Foods because they care about their health. They don’t feel like Superman or Superwomen from eating the foods there. But they know they are healthier and can lose weight with added exercise. This is a no-brainer. Everyone is looking for a magic pill. First, start eating right anyway–organic and the like. Anti-oxidant rich fruits like Acai is just an added bonus to anyone’s healthy diet. If someone asked me what kind of supplement they should take, and they are smoking cigarettes, drinking like a fish and eating processed fatty foods everyday, then I would tell them, “How much are supplements really going to help.”

Yuo’re right about the bait and switch. I see now their whole purpose was to get people in their Shaklee downline. And, What happened to the vlogs now? There hasn’t been one for quite a while telling of all the big money being made by us peons. I guess it’s all in their pockets.

“The Efusjon comp plan is not a bad strategy. Many companies have used this Comp plan and many distributors have realized a lot of success with it as well.” What? Where do you get your information?

It’s a horrible long term strategy! Other than Melaleuca, which launched in 1985 when there were far fewer opportunties available, there hasn’t been one single successful, long term company with a matrix pay plan that’s generating several hundred million a year or a large number of six figure monthly incomes! Not one, and we’re talking 30,000-50,000 opportunities that have launched over the past 6 decades!

You must be new to the industry! No experienced, knowledgeable industry leader would work a matrix plan due to its proven lack of success! Nobody in their right mind is going to follow something that has only worked once-that’s called a fluke.

They attract people with claims of spillover, and evidently these people are oblivious to math! The further you go down in a matrix, the less in potential spillover, not more! If you want maximum spillover, work a binary plan.

In addition, matrix plans are notorious for breakage and pay out far less money than the other more popular plans in the industry, especially for the leaders. This is the reason why they’ve made 4 changes at last count in their plan (trying to get the checks up) and they’ll be more. Melaleuca has had to modify their plan on numerous occasions in order to keep their top leaders.

Owners like them because they get to pocket the breakage as they know the odds of their company surviving several years is slim to none!

Finally, they’re considered gimmicky be the regulators and most often associated with “money games.”

It’s just amazing the number of people who have absolutely no knowledge of the history of our industry, no knowledge of pay plans, no knowledge of the common denominators of the more successful companies, especially those launched in the last 10 years,

So, the comp plan is a major strike one! Strike 2 is it’s a new, start up. 98% of groundfloor “deals” fail in their first 2-3 years and on average just 1 out of every 300-500 companies that launch will survive 5 years-one! If you end up in the “one,” it was sheer luck!

Of course, the “big lie” that is used to promote groundfloor programs is that it is those that are in at the beginning are the ones who make the big money, and that is the rationale for taking a high risk bet. There’s just one problem: It’s just not true! Most top income earners at the “old school” companies are not those that were in at the beginning. Many didn’t get involved until the 2-3-4-5th year or later!

Smart entrepreneurs don’t try to beat the odds, they try to put the odds of success in their favor. Here you’re almost guaranteeing your failure-a pay plan model that has never worked and trying to beat the odds being involved with a new start up! And then people wonder why 97% of the people in our industry fail. I, for one, am not surprised!

Finally, the Facebook application was a big hype job, and has not materialized. Furthermore, it was not something unique. Anyone can develop an application for Facebook, just like you can for eBay.

Thanks for your feedback, but other than just stating the information that I posted is speculative there really is no rebuttal to the following:

Considering the almost 100% failure rate of MLM companies who also tried to market retail, in competition with their own reps, it is highly unlikely the inventor will sabotage Yoli in such a manner.”

For the inventor of the blast cap not to give an exclusive to Yoli is a matter of fact and the only logical conclusion, is it is and will be available to any company that wishes to license it. As far as I am aware he is in not an officer or shareholder of Yoli so if he chooses to go retail because of the fact that is not offering the cap technology to Yoli exclusively he will not be sabotaging them, only maximizing the return on his sizable investment(s) in this great technology. To think that Yoli will be the only marketing channel for this technology is incredibly naive and my guess it will be offered through other network marketing channels and retail channels alike within 6 to 12 months.

Acid in any form, whether it be plant based or synthetic based will negatively impact the ph benefits. To what extent can be illustrated by Yoli or a 3rd party simply by posting a link to a 30 second YouTube video.

I keep hearing things about other scam companies and my favorite which has been said to me twice now is I am dedicated 100% to xyz, which to me is a lame excuse. It seemed to me that they were almost coached to say that if approached by others.

Great article. Although Efusjon isn’t a bad company, I’m constantly badgered to play this Efusjon game by people on Facebook. I find it annoying. However, I do know some Efusjon reps who use attraction marketing principles successfully to build their business, they just don’t follow after the Rah Rah techniques.

Jonathan, it appears you published your “research” on Yoli on August 4th – almost TWO MONTHS before Yoli will open for business (not yelling, just no way to italicize here). How could you have missed the readily available fact that this company wasn’t even in business yet? What is “odd” about a company two months from opening not yet having a live corporate website? Yes, there are numerous rep sites, but surely you can appreciate the difference in production time between an elaborate corporate site and a one or two page static rep site, yes?

And your concern about their being “10x the information” on the net about the business opportunity rather than the product is “odd” in itself considering the overwhelming amount of product hype that’s been out there regarding the Blast Cap. To wit: A Google search for Yoli and “Blast Cap” generates 24,300 hits. Yoli and “pay plan”, “comp plan” and “compensation plan” combine for 5,200 hits. But even if your concern was valid, your first concern should have resolved your second – virtually all of the websites available on Aug 4th were distributor sites, not corporate.

Your “Yoli needs”:

1. Some REALLY strong leadership in the field and high level management who knows how to launch companies. Since Yoli doesn’t have a website very easy to find… I haven’t been able to see if any of that is in place.

By any objective measure Yoli has clearly and abundantly fulfilled this criteria. The webinar where the corporate team is profiled was (and still is) at http://www.YoliWebinar.com. This site was referenced in numerous, if not the vast majority, of rep sites.

2. Something they can use to DIFFERENTIATE themselves big time in the market place. The market place is teeming with AWESOME health and wellness products already. I saw they mentioned price reduction, and that certainly can be a hot spot in the MLM industry, but what is the price? How can you garnish attention on one of your HOT SPOTS if you don’t reveal and give people some meat to work with? I’m not sure Yoli knows what they are doing there…

Again, you were reviewing a company that was, and still is, under construction. Your criticism is tantamount to reviewing a home that is 80% completed and suggesting the contractor may not know what they’re doing because it hasn’t been painted and there’s no carpeting.

And what “differentiates” Yoli is the BLAST CAP.

3. A strong marketing arm or USP (Unique Selling Proposition) like the company Efusjon just used to launch their energy drink opportunity. (very similar to Yoli)

The Blast Cap is demonstratable. Throughout MLM history this has been a common aspect of many highly successful products. It’s also functional (not just a cute gimmick). By introducing the nutrients as a powder right before consumption allows for the complete elimination of all preservatives and any form of pasteurization. It also prevents potency loss, which occurs in most nutrient beverages within 48 ours of production. And finally, at $2.49 per cap (producing an 18 ounce bottle of nutrients), to as low as $1.99 in bulk, Yoli products will be one of the very few that are genuinely retailable, and can compete with non-MLM products in the same category (name even one Jungle Juice product where this is also true?).

And with all due respect Jonathan, efusjon appears to be exactly the OPPOSITE of what you described. It’s just another Jungle Juice and energy drink that has no USP what-so-ever. Ironically, efusjon IS based entirely on pay plan hype.

What you have described could very likely pass the SEC’s “Howey Test” and cause efusjon to be considered an “unregistered security”. A security is defined as: An investment of consideration into a common enterprise where the return is produced primarily from the effort of others.

Exactly. It was NOT due to their products.

The Facebook alliance was a fraud perpetrated by deceptive, or perhaps just over-zealous, distributors. efusjon corporate has been denouncing this alleged “partnership” for months.

This is not a healthy way to build the leadership foundation of a distributor force. Such a culture of high returns for little work, besides being unsustainable, inherently attracts those who expect high returns for doing little work.

First, I agree with your position as to the heavy emphasis on the Blast Cap (as opposed to the income opportunity). However, I’m confused about your point that non-exclusivity could “torpedo” Yoli. Make a list of the top 20 MLM companies in the US today. How many are offering a flagship product line exclusive only to them? That would be – none.

Having said that, the Blast Cap is patented (in fact, there are 6 patents). Yes, there are a hand full of patent violating knock offs out there, but that will be up to the Blast Cap inventor to pursue (not Yoli). Although the patent holder does possess the right to also market Blast Caps via conventional retail channels, that certainly doesn’t mean he’ll do it. Considering the almost 100% failure rate of MLM companies who also tried to market retail, in competition with their own reps, it is highly unlikely the inventor will sabotage Yoli in such a manner.

2) Their initial formula appears to be a nice run of the mill multi-vitamin formula with some alkalinity benefits, but for the most part it is vanilla and faith based with no tangible benefits. Also, the flavor is citrus so most likely they are using citric acid in one form or another completely rendering the alkalinity benefits useless. I guess the only way to know for sure is to test the ph of the water prior to dispensing the powder and then test it after dispensing to see if there is any difference. Also, why would they only put 25% to 50% RDA per serving in this multivitamin formula when it would just as easy to add 100% RDA to the overall formula. The only logical conclusion is simple….pitch consuming 2 caps a day vs. only 1 cap day therefore doubling the potential sales.

3) As far as I can tell the founders/owners of Yoli are very experienced network marketers, but do not talk at all about their experience(s) operating a real business.

Not only is this untrue, but the corporate experience of the six Yoli founders, especially Rick Eisele, Bobby Jones and Michael Pritchard, is substantial. And again, this information is and has always been readily available on the net at YoliWebinar.com, which was referenced in the large majority of rep websites throughout the Summer.

4) Although they show an image of a fancy building that gives the perception that they own or lease the whole building, it is most likely a small office or executive suite within that building. This would also explain the Yoli house which they spin very nicely in their prelaunch webinar.

There main corporate offices are in that building. Please describe how they should have presented the image of this building (other than what they did, which was to show a photo of the building their offices are within, just like 90%+ of all MLM companies do). And no, it’s not an executive suit (I know, because I helped them carry in their large meeting room table back in June). They also have a satellite office elsewhere in SLC where their call center is located (occupied by a support staff exclusively for, and hired by, Yoli). And the Yoli House is a brand new, 5 bedroom home that was purchased as a home base for the Yoli founders, none of which lived in Utah (they launched Yoli there, and are now moving their families there, because it was the optimum location to base an MLM company). It is also used as a place to house and entertain prospects and distributors when they visit the Yoli home office.

5) The founders appear to have self funded this company which raises serious questions as to the company’s stability, liquidity and capital resources. Any hiccup or spike in sales could create huge problems in cash flow, inventory and ability to grow the needed company infrastructure.

Again, this is completely speculative, based in virtually no foundation of fact. Each of the Yoli founders are (by any reasonable measure) wealthy, and at least three are multi-millionaires. The fact that the company is not leveraged, buy has access to SIX deep pockets with a vested, personal interest in the company, is a substantial positive.

I hope this additional information has been helpful, and will assist you both in publishing a more factual, less pessimistically presumptuous review of Yoli in the future.

After all the hype, and the bashers parade, now we see who has what, and it appears Zero1 is the BIG FAT ZERO for they failed to deliver, so who was scamming who?

As to FDII GIConn, it was named well too, for it is a CONN. lol I got cheap Chinese phone with 1.3 mega pixel camera with a 2006 inspection date, so it was older than dirt, and as anyone in the industry knows, cell phone advances come out every month, so three years is like a light year out of date.

The GIConn box is another joke, they are using VOIP through WiFi, so there is no money to be saved by most, so talk about scams, this is worse than Buzzirk who at least didn’t deliver grap, although they both had more hype than I ever heard in industry,and I have heard it all.

Between the Lightyear bashers and ACN bashers, makes you wonder what they were so nervous about? Now I know, check out 1ButtonToWiFi, I had been using their VOIP technology since 2006 and was an affiliate I liked it so much, but now they released VOIP-COIP technology, and low and hehold, they merged with an MLM deal and have tied a Social Media aspect for viral marketing.

Anyway, you want unlimited voice and data on your existing cell phone, this is the answer, especially if you travel international. I have a dual sim phone for that reason, but I know many who have dual phones to save money when traveling, but with 1ButtonToWiFi, you can call anywhere in the world from anywhere in the world and get a great connection no matter what, and for pennies a call, big difference.

First impressions are the most lasting, and my first and secon impression with GlobalVerge, Buzzirk and Zero1 was the worst in my decades in this industry. Sad, but FDII is even worse, what a joke their deal turned out to be, the phone was at least a three year old antique with manufacturers date UPC code of 2006, what a joke, cheap Chinese two bit phone that sqeaks when you open it. lol Total scam, while Zero1 is the biggest joke in the industry.

http://www.VOIP-COIP.com is only real deal, started with their VOIP in 2006, now introducing VOIP-COIP, and it works as promoted.

So far they have had issues billing credit cards and cannot get Lead Links out in a timely manner. Many have paid the $39, then for Lead packages from $99 to $399 and then they can’t deliver in a timely manner. Many folks have been billed multiple times and have yet to get a single lead through the system!

Credits have had to be issued, then had to rebill through another Merchant provider, the whole thing is a joke. These guys need to learn how to under promise and over deliver but with them it’s the other way around.

Better yet, the Leaders are all in Shaklee, SFS is a pitch to make $$ online and then they come in on the back end and pitch Shaklee and say they are going to build a Business for you!! It’s a glorified Lead Generation Program for Shaklee.

As a full time Networker for almost a decade I can say that is an absolute joke. Stay away from this mess!!!
