If you do not have experience with multilevel marketing programs compensation plans can be confusing to say the least. Between binary and unilevel compensation systems and value points calling multilevel marketing compensation plans complicated is an understatement. The Yoli compensation plan is a hybrid of both binary and unilevel systems which makes it both intriguing, and potentially confusing.
In a binary system you place your recruits and the recruits of your recruits (your downline network) into one of two or more legs in your organization. Monthly volume bonuses are typically a percentage of the lowest performing leg in your organization.
While this may not be a big deal at early stages in a MLM business it can be very frustrating if you grow your organization to the point where you have legs doing hundreds of thousands of dollars a month in sales that you are not receiving commission on. This is why the Yoli compensation plan is hybrid system.
If you don’t have a game plan for marketing & self-promotion that you are 100% confident in, use the strategy I lay out in my 8 Day Bootcamp. I’m flat-out giving it to you. CLICK HERE to get it.
While the monthly volume commissions are based on the binary system there is a unilevel compensation plan based on recruitment. This means that if you directly recruit somebody you qualify for a commission of their volume no matter which of your legs you put them in. While you have to get promoted a few times before the unilevel portion of the Yoli compensation plan kicks in, it is present to encourage people at the top of their organization to continue their recruiting efforts, and be rewarded for them.
Promotions are earned in the Yoli compensation plan based on the monthly volume of your lowest performing leg. This is common of binary systems. The binary system encourages people to develop their downline into a unified front which is why it has gained popularity in MLM.
By using the binary placement and promotion system and offering a unilevel recruitment compensation package Yoli attempts to create a hybrid compensation package that has all of the strengths and none of the weaknesses of both the unilevel and binary systems.
The Yoli compensation plan has several bonuses structured into it as well. These bonuses are usually associated with recruitment. They encourage recruitment both through direct compensation and through providing bonuses to help new distributors get started quickly.
The Yoli compensation plan has lots of levels to it and it making it to the top of their plan could have a considerable impact on your personal economy. Ultimately though Yoli is like all multilevel marketing opportunities, you have to know how to market if you expect to do well. A suggestion to help with marketing is study the Yoli Blast Off product that will allow you to find a market within the Yoli business to market out to.
