Randy Gage - MLM "Guru"
First off, this isn’t going to be your average Randy Gage review, I can tell you that right now. What I’m going to do here is shed some light on the MLM industry, the Randy Gage training tactics, and MANY other areas of network marketing seldom talked about.
I’m also going to give you my honest feedback and opinion on Randy Gage products and training, and his website www.randygage.com .
Just to kick things off… most people in the MLM industry know who Randy Gage is. Randy Gage is a HUGE name in the industry, and if there are such things as “MLM gurus“, Mr. Gage has definitely branded himself as one quite successfully.
I know he has a large organization in Agel at the moment, however, I don’t believe network marketing is WHERE he actually earns most of his income as well, or it seems it’s even his favorite thing to do.
It doesn’t take long to figure out that Randy Gage likes to promote HIMSELF, more then he likes to promote a network marketing opportunity. And frankly, I think this is one of the BIGGEST things you can actually learn from him.
So you want my perspective on Randy Gage?
I happen to think Randy is a pretty awesome dude from what I can see from afar. I have never met him in person, so I can’t tell you from personal experience the true quality of his character, whether he’s humble or filled with ego, or caring or more self-centered.
Those are the types of things you can REALLY only find out about people when you spend time with them. But from what I see online, and viewing Randy Gage training, newsletters, and other such things… I have to say I like his style of telling it how it is and not being afraid to share his feelings.
You can tell Randy Gage is a straight shooter, and THAT is what I like about him. His advice bolsters true confidence in his students, and he can definitely show one how to posture themselves in the right way, develop the TRUE mindset that leads to success, and feel more EMPOWERED in this industry.
There’s a lot of amazing things you can learn from Randy Gage training.
However, with that being said…
I’m going to discuss some key things that randy as well as many of the other top ‘Traditional’ MLM trainers often leave out of their presentations, training, and coaching they are selling in the industry.
You see, the knowledge Randy Gage has to offer is most DEFINITELY useful. It is definitely NEEDED knowledge when it comes to developing confidence, learning how to posture yourself like a true professional, and many of the other things the top leaders have mastered that they can teach us.
But what I’ve learned is, much of this knowledge is USELESS without 2 things first.
- MORE PEOPLE TO TALK TO, meaning leads for your business. What good is prospecting or recruiting strategies with no one to prospect or recruit?
- EXPERIENCE dealing with LOTS of people to cultivate a core confidence and competency that you cannot buy in any training or get from ANY mentor.
Frankly, these two things right here are worth more then any training in the world.
The problem is however, most people have absolutely NO CLUE how to go out there and really CREATE new prospects for themselves, generate leads for their business, network into new circles, establish new forms of advertising, and the many other things that result being able to build businesses like a SCIENCE in this industry.
THAT is where I see most MLM gurus and trainers falling short.
The market place is HUNGRY for real mlm training that will teach people the ‘How To’ of getting new prospects, finding new leads, creating new leads, closing leads, and even better… AUTOMATING all of these processes.
Personally, I like to learn from everyone. I would absolutely recommend Randy Gage products and Randy Gage training. Any real entrepreneur learns as much as they can from EVERY successful person they’re around.
However, the main thing I want you to take away today is that any sort of mindset training, prospecting training, or lots of other stuff you’ll hear from many traditional MLM trainers is basically USELESS, unless you have more people to introduce your business to.
And frankly, buying MLM leads is NOT going to cut it. I don’t need to sit here and go off on why MLM leads are terrible investments, most often just cheap, low quality, angry people who don’t even know why you’re talking to them in the first place.
The only thing I can think of for why more MLM trainers are NOT teaching people how to generate low cost leads effectively is either:
- They don’t know how to do it themselves.
- They don’t believe the masses of the network marketing industry will be able to do it.
My stand point on that is that it’s total BS.
You can’t just teach people HALF the equation and expect them to go out there and figure the rest out for themselves. Now, the BEST people in the industry will always do that anyway…
In fact, true entrepreneurs stop at NOTHING to find solutions to their problems, and NO ONE could ever stop them from succeeding. But if you’re just getting started and looking to short cut your learning curve… you should spend your time LEARNING from trainers and teachers who can teach you the entire SPECTRUM.
If you are a network marketing disciple at this moment, trying to attain ‘Self Realization’ in this industry, and turn into the talented, skillful, successful entrepreneur that can create ANY level of income they want for themselves…
Then you have to find a true GURU who can provide for you all the things you need. Just like in India, the reason why people dedicate themselves to a Guru is because the knowledge the guru has about self realization can shave LIFETIMES off the path it would take a regular devotee to figure all that out themselves.
In our culture, we call these people “Mentors”. And mentors are EXTREMELY crucial to being able to spend less time learning, and more time ACTING. The keyword there is ACTING. Because unless that is going on, nothing is going on.
Do I think Randy Gage is a great mentor? I’d say yes, I think he’s a great guy.
Do I think Randy is the full package? Personally, No. Just like so many of the other top MLM trainers, I don’t see people empowering their students to really CREATE new business, prospects, and offer real solutions… and that’s why I believe so many network marketers are FLOCKING to trainers who can really show them how to do that in this day and age.
Don’t get me wrong, there is still an INFINITE amount you can learn from almost ANYONE, and plenty of invaluable wisdom to be shared by Randy Gage, time sales, Kim Klaver, or any of the other amazing trainers in this industry.
But it’s just very important to couple that knowledge with a SOLID understanding of lead generation, advertising, and marketing… or you’ve only got half the package of what it means to be a real ENTREPRENEUR!
I hope this review shed some light on things for you… and you now have a more clear direction to take to LEARN real business building principles that make DIFFERENCES in your daily results.
